Quilling or Paper Filigree is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. Quilling is a very time consuming, meticulous art where no two pieces look exactly alike. This ancient paper art is gaining popularity once again thanks to the wonderful quilling artists around the world.
